Doctrine of the Best Interest of the Child

Abstract

Doctrine of best interest of child is gaining familiarity on all levels, individual, social and international. I have made a humble attempt to collect and compile the available knowledge and wisdom on the point so that the students and teachers of law may particularly be benefited and the others generally. My brothers at the bench and the bar will feel that much useful information is available on the Internet and its use by them is always of great advantage. Science and technology has brought a revolution and rational understanding by inter-dialogue will help improving the deplorable conditions of humanity where lack of knowledge has either caused deprivation of rights or there is misuse, abuse or non use of them. The present study will also help in developing mutual cooperation and coordination in solving human problems. May God bless all.
