Abstract
This brief essay discusses the gradual growth of information technology use in the justice sector in Pakistan. It suggests that the electronic courts will be providing access to justice at one hand but at the same time, the poor and uneducated litigants will need proper orientation of the new justice delivery system which is based on IT facilities.
