Abstract

This company is 14 years old, has been into supplying PCBs to reputed clients from Mirapur. This business was started and run by second generation. Mr. Kamal, the CEO of KEPL in 1986 experimented with Soya product and visited Japan to learn about the technology and the product. However this project failed. He has learnt the business from his paternal uncle, who himself had founded the first business, Scientific Instruments Trading (SIT) , which was a different business. At one stage he has relinquished government (as customer) business due to non-transparent transactions. The second company was the forward integration in supplying telecommunication products which are purchased by large telecommunication companies to complement their telecommunication services.
