Abstract
In navolging van een eerder artikel over technieken om een schenking te doen en tegelijk bezit te behouden voor de schenker, biedt dit artikel acht contractsclausules.
In follow up of an earlier article on techniques to make a donation and yet retain possession for the donor, this paper gives eight concrete contract clauses.
