Abstract
This comprehensive paper looks at various developments in the regulation of new media in Europe, such as copyright and intellectual property, liability of Internet intermediaries, net neutrality in Europe, Google and the Commission competition investigation, Public Service Broadcasters' online services, and new forms of news gathering such as blogs and WikiLeaks and their regulation.
