Abstract

Achieving a broad debate on the evidence which may be collected through analysis of the labor process is the purpose of this article. Specific job characteristics or their occupants and the purpose, duties, performance indicators, responsibilities, direct and functional subordination, development factors, motivation and environmental issues of personality, competence, skills, abilities, skills, roles, are discussed briefly. A chart summarizing all the information and completes the work relationship between them.
