Abstract

Hitching a ride on an artificial reproductive technology vehicle to undergo a rendition of alien or reproductive technology propels a couple into a place of moral dilemma they never imagined. There, they must find the "answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything." That is the story of Ohio residents Mr. and Mrs. Sean Savage and their family. This article discusses the Savage dilemma when they find they have become pregnant by ART with another couple's embyro. Their personally responsible decisions far surpass the legal directives that would have otherwise dictated a different future for a child and two families.
