Abstract

This essay reviews Ann Coulter’s High Crimes and Misdemeanors. While the book sets out an interesting synthesis of the events surrounding President Clinton’s legal and political problems, her analysis of the Constitution is lacking in that they are while in some sense technically true, they are terribly misleading. In this short review, I explain some of the most important of these constitutional half-truths.
