Abstract
This report makes the bottom-line business case for gender diversity in the C-Suite (2004-2008). The companies are Fortune 500. The performance measures are ROS, ROIC, and ROE. The results are similar to those published by Catalyst Inc for gender diversity in Corporate Boards, using the same companies and years.
