Dutch Abstract: Artikel over het beschermen van vormgeving tegen slaafse nabootsing. Het artikel analyseert de beslissing van de Rechtbank Zutphen van 6 Juni 2007 waarin bescherming werd onthouden, ook al waren de betrokken producten (scooters) identiek. Het artikel vergelijkt het Nederlandse en Duitse recht inzake ongeoorloofde mededinging in het algemeen en het leerstuk van slaafse nabootsing in het bijzonder.

English Abstract: Article on protecting design against slavish copying. The article comments on a ruling by the District Court of Zutphen in The Netherlands of 6 June 2007 in which protection was denied even though the products involved (scooters) were identical. Article contains a comparison between Dutch and German law on unfair competition in general and the doctrine of slavish copying in particular.
