Abstract

As a huge transitional economy, which is pursuing socialist market economic regime, profound changes have taken place in China’s economic regime and the fiscal policy framework in the past decades, and the evolution is still ongoing. In order to grasp the China’s fiscal policy framework, it is quite necessary to review its experience, as well as introduce its current system and orientation in the coming years, and explains these under the background of practice. Part one introduce the fiscal system in China; Part two Describe the role that fiscal policy played in macro control and regulation; Part three review the fiscal regulation practice in China; Part four discuss the experience draw from the fiscal regulation practice; the last part made an rough outlook to the fiscal policy in China.
