A panoply of lawyers and jurists over the last several years have exhibited curiosity about law and legal reform. American judicial opinions, legal articles, essays and blogs have also discussed various characteristics of law and curiosity. Indeed, curiosity has been identified as an essential quality of pragmatic approaches to American law. This Article offers a bold new take on law and curiosity for the twenty-first century by offering a discussion of ten ways to look at the subject.

Keywords: curiosity, science, pragmatism, innovation, creativity, knowledge, incentives
