Abstract
To obtain the registration of a company an application has to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. One of the important document is the articles of association which has to be filed in case of incorporation of an entity under the Indian Companies Act. In this article the author has tried to give a brief idea on company's articles and its alteration procedure along with a look in to the English law provisions.
