Abstract
The Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 is divided into two parts, namely, Part I applicable to domestic arbitration and Part II, which is applicable to international commercial arbitration. This paper provides the provisions of the Act which provide their applicability and the circumstances in which the same is applied in a query format.
