Abstract

This working paper describes the legal and policy situation of immigrants in Switzerland 1995 to 2010. It makes use of the MIPEX indicators, and expands these backward in time to explore developments over time. The following policy areas are covered: labour market mobility, family reunion, education, political participation, long-term residence, access to nationality, and anti-discrimination legislation.
