Scheme of ICC Statute, 1998

Abstract

This paper contains the scheme of the International Criminal Court Statute, 1998. The object is to provide a bird eye view of the whole statute to conduct research in the International Law and its applicability by those responsible at world level. Administration of justice is the soul of piece and fair and impartial trial is the soul of justice itself. In order to understand any subject, especially a law subject, the text books and writings other than the text books are of great importance. I will make an attempt to complete my commentary article by article in the light of available data both relevant to theory and practice, in my succeeding writings.
