Abstract

This paper addresses one of the key lessons learned in Australia’s defined contribution superannuation (pension) system that is translatable to the UK and other jurisdictions. That is that the advantages of pension scheme scale are universally relevant to successful DC pension delivery notwithstanding significant design and other differences across those jurisdictions.
