Abstract
In line with the attempts to achieve sustainable development, policies are being changed by Islamic Republic of Iran with a better focus on environmentally sound technologies and clean energies. In this regard, Iran Renewable Energy Organization (SUNA), a government institution, can create incentives for cleaner development and sustainable use of global commons.
