Abstract

This essay is an annotated bibliography of law material and economics material of especial interest to people trained in the law: practicing attorney and adjudicator. Some miscellaneous material, too. Works – around 100 – by American writers, Canadian writers, and British writers are presented. Most of the material are books, and there are a few articles.

Legal material which is not neutral expresses a preference for constitutional government as intended by the Framers. Economics material which is not neutral expresses a preference for capitalism.

Topics of listed material include fiction, the financial crisis of 2008, free markets, history, humor, Latin, legal realism, legal systems, legal theory, and Roman law.
