Abstract

In Rogers Communications Inc. v. Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada, 2012 SCC 35, the Supreme Court of Canada unanimously upheld the Copyright Board’s certification of a tariff for communication royalties when such works are streamed through the Internet.
