Abstract

The case study that we are reviewing in these papers has a detail description for an organizational conflict situation in the Moon Tire Company. Both owners of the company have a disagreement about saving the company and gaining profit. The conflict started to affect company progress and productivity. In the next few pages, we will try to diagnose the conflict using the Circle of Conflict models as one of the Conflict Analysis Models that for the presence of common factors with other models, which may help to more understanding and more precise analysis of the conflict, and thus might help find solutions to solve the dispute. Furthermore, we will review the intervention strategy, how will we work with the parties, what challenges do we anticipate, and explain the importance of confidentiality in this process.
