Network Analysis: Part 3 - Critical Path and Cost Analyses

Abstract

In completing a project, duration and cost are two main aspects. The critical path and cost analyses explore which of them (duration or cost) can be focused in completing the project. Therefore, this paper illustrates related aspects, trade-off between the duration and cost of the project and how the project can be completed optimally.
