Abstract
In more recent times there has been an increase in research into the effect on and importance of the Human Resource Strategy (HRS) and this topic has come to play a vital role in enhancing firm’s competitive advantage. Our target in this research is development of a framework to improve the process of HRS using knowledge maps. In this framework we specially pay attention to knowledge aspect of human resource in HR strategy planning.
