Abstract

A cikk célja, hogy kritikusan bemutassa a Jugoszlávia felbomlására adott nemzetközi jogi reakciót. A szerző véleménye szerint a Badinter-bizottság álláspontja, mely szerint Jugoszlávia a "felbomlás állapotában volt", nem felel meg az aktuális szituációnak, a bizottság alapvetően tévesen értelmezte az államiságra és a népek önrendelkezési jogára vonatkozó nemzetközi jogi szabályokat.

The article tries to critically analyze from an international legal point of view the reactions of the international community to the dissolution of Yugoslavia.
