Abstract
A tour d’horizon of the current state of European competition law suggests that there are a number of widespread misunderstandings and commonly accepted errors. Some are expressed publicly, some are not. Some are due to questions not having been carefully considered. Others seem to be due to a steady stream of propaganda designed to influence the law in ways that would be helpful to particular companies.
