Cot article propose qua la "croyance et la religion doivent etre interprétées conime étant quelque chose qui étaye ce qu'une personne rend public et que cola inclut nécessairement des croyances qui peuvent influencer (et le font souvent) la moralité et l'éthique et méme la o politique". Deuxiémement, la religion pout etre diminuee, car au regard des employeurs religieux, on n'a pas suffisarnment prété attention an type de pro/at re/igfeuxqui est en cause Iorsqu'un employé conteste les régles religieuses do l'employeur. L'accent a, dans quelques cas, été mis sur Ia nature des fonctions do paste plutét que sur la nature do 'association religieuse ou du projet lui-même.

This article argues that "creed" and religion should be understood as something that informs what a person takes into the public and that necessarily includes beliefs that may (and often do) influence "morals and ethics" and even "politics." Second, religion may be diminished because, with respect to religious employers, there has been insufficient attention to the kind of religious project that is at issue when an employee challenges the employer’s religious rules. The focus has been, in some cases, on the kinds of job duties rather than the nature of the religious association or project itself.
