Abstract
In the present paper through an empirical analysis with panel data author will attempt to evaluate the efficiency of government spending for education as a % of GDP in terms of a certain education quality criterion. The sample covers all world. Data are taken from Eurostat. The elaboration of these panel data is made feasible by means of the Eviews software package.
