Abstract

This short book gives soup-to-nut advice on designing and teaching a law school course on administrative law. The book is mainly for new or relatively new teachers of administrative law, but I hope it also contains some ideas useful for more experienced teachers of the subject. The book is part of a series of law school teaching guides, the series editor of which is Howard E. Katz of the Elon University School of Law.

Keywords: administrative law, legal education, law school curriculum, teaching strategies, teaching methods
