Abstract

The author reviews Brian Simpson's posthumously published book 'Reflections on "The Concept of Law"'. This review article will appear soon in the UK's King's Law Journal. This review, which is largely positive, outlines the main aspects of the book and then considers in detail four of the main claims Simpson makes in his book. Allan concludes by saying that although the book is flawed, and sometimes off base, it is a very, very good read.

Keywords: Simpson Waldron, The Concept of Law, Roald Dahl Foxes
