Entre Lutte Armée Et Féminisme: Quelques Reflexions À Propos Des Femmes Combattantes En Colombie (The Armed Struggle and Feminism: Some Insights About Women Combatants in Colombia)

Abstract

Cet article aborde la question de la situation de femmes combattantes à partir du cas colombien. En reprenant ce que les femmes démobilisées disent, ce que l’on dit d’elles ou ce qu’on leur fait dire, l’analyse proposée vise à exposer les difficultés propres au contexte colombien dans le contexte où la compréhension de cette problématique peut sembler utile à une politique de démobilisation non discriminatoire, ainsi qu’à la mise en oeuvre des mesures du droit international de promotion et de protection des femmes à l’occasion des confrontations armées.

This article adresses the situation of women in combat in Colombia. Based on what the demobilized women say, what it has been said about them, or what they are told to say, the proposed analysis intends to show the difficulties that arose in the understanding of these issues in the Colombian context. Thus, it can be useful for a non discriminatory demobilized policy, as well as for implementing measures in the international law for the promotion and protection of women under the armed conflict.
