Abstract
The main objective of this research is to investigate and identify factors influencing communication management based on the promotion of knowledge workers in knowledge-based organizations. This research followed an applied approach by a descriptive-survey method. After a deep investigation, the effective factors were identified and the initial model was designed. The results indicated that the main elements of the model include 'organizational trust, work quality, consideration to creative ideas and innovative activities, managers' style of communication and interaction with knowledge workers, effective team work and projects, comprehensive principles and ethical values, and establishing constant processes rather than relying on individuals.
