Abstract
The present paper makes a short analysis of the applicable provisions in offences regarding juvenile offenders, as stated by the normative acts previous of the new Criminal Procedure Code. The second part of the paper analyzes the criminal investigation of offences committed by juvenile offenders, as regulated by Law 135/2010. The study also emphasizes other procedural norms guaranteeing the rights of minors, regardless of their quality in a criminal trial
