Abstract

User acceptance of technology has been an important field of study in the last two decades. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) represents an important theoretical contribution toward understanding IS usage and IS acceptance behaviors. Our research was based on the practical and conceptual implementations of the Technology Acceptance Model. The Technology Acceptance Model will be used to assess the acceptance degree of a new University Management System. The paper conclusions will provide contributions in the larger field of change management in universities.
