Abstract

An organization having a large number of persons employed in it, has two types of working categories - managerial and working. Such categorization of workers has three distinct output environments - achievement environment, frustrating environment and dictatorial environment. It gives three demarcable states of working but when Samkhya philosophy is applied to analysis, it gives different levels of work environments - achievement, dictatorial, and frustrating. The present paper discusses management techniques which have a profound impact on the systems.
