Abstract

This study aims at e-commerce industry and investigates the form of satisfactions that customers gain from industry offers in order for customers to repurchase in future. Expert questionnaire was sent to professionals and academicians in e-commerce industry who have the specific information to complete this study. The methodology applied is multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) in this study. The purpose of utilizing MCDM is to realize the relationship between all criterias. The function of a Simple Additive Weight (SAW) is via criteria influence which helps to know the rank of the criteria. This paper successfully applies MCDM in order to raise the accuracy of applying SAW in this model. From this e-commerce industry selection model the customers would understand how to select their cooperator. The e-commerce dealers would know their weakness and strength for their future competitiveness.
