Abstract
Personality does not evolve in a linear manner, but is full of many oscillations, harmonious or disharmonious periods, depending on the genetic, psychological factors and the socio-cultural structures are emerging positive or negative. Teen trying to form an identity through a permanent social reporting and comparison with other members of society, especially peer group members.
Teen inability to adapt and integrate, to adjust to social situations, different groups of belonging, repeatedly confronting the failure may lead to the adoption of anti-social behavior.
Teenagers tested different social roles, fall in relation to different individuals, groups and institutions, all helps to build a stable and consistent self-identity, self-image forming a real, concrete, improve interpersonal relationships.
