Abstract

The article discusses the transformation of war after the end of Cold War in 1945. It states that war has progressed and disseminated as heterogeneous discourse fields as war on terrorism, civilizations and post-national. Armed conflict is stable or declining depending on its aspects, while the influence of military-industrial complex remains. The substantive and procedural transformation of international human rights law is also explored.
