Abstract

This chapter provides an overview and analysis of the most important company law decisions in Singapore in 2010. More specifically, the chapter considers the developments in the following areas of Singapore company law: lifting the corporate veil, breaches of fiduciary duties, shareholders' meetings, minority shareholders' remedies, and oppression.
