Abstract

This article discusses the role that Anthony Angelo had in the review and reform of law in Mauritius. Sir Ivor approaches this through the lens of his own experience of income tax reform in this project. He focuses in particular on issues concerning legislative drafting and policy development, as these were questions that Anthony Angelo had to explore as he undertook the law reform of Mauritius.
