Abstract

A number of lawsuits recently filed by fans has caused the public to grow increasingly apprehensive toward the legal community due to the perception that these frivolous lawsuits plague the court system. Attorneys must decide whether it would be proper for a disappointed fan to seek retribution in court before choosing to represent a prospective litigant.
