Abstract

The article focuses on the phenomenon of perception in English and German linguistic world-images. The analysis is based on the problem of mental objectification of this phenomenon. Identified national peculiarities in the German and English linguistic world-images are described as a complex mental phenomena of nature and show a close relationship of perceptual and cognitive systems in the structure of the human person.
