Abstract
Professor Thaddeus Pope moderated the following panel at the 2011 Symposium, Lessons from Tragedy: Legal, Professional, and Ethical Issues Raised by Bradley and Beyond. The symposium was held on November 4, 2011 in the Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom on the Delaware Campus of Widener University School of Law. The panel between State Representative Michael Barbieri, Deputy Secretary of State James Collins, Dr. Steven P. Cook, and Gina Maisto Smith was a discussion about strengthening the medical reporting system. The following is a transcript of the discussion.
