Unele aspecte privind punerea în aplicare a codului civil asumat (Aspects Regarding the Application of the Assumed Civil Code)

Abstract

Romanian Abstract: Punerea în aplicate a noului Cod civil alături de celelalte trei coduri respectiv, Codul penal, de procedură civilă şi de procedură penală, reprezintă unul din obiectivele fundamentale ale reformei iniţiate de Guvern şi are drept consecinţă înfăptuirea unei reforme reale nu numai a dreptului şi justiţiei, ci a întregului stat românesc.

Concretizarea unui astfel de demers este condiţionată de consecvenţa, rigurozitatea şi coerenţa măsurilor de implementare a noilor reglementări în paralel cu asigurarea compatibilităţii acestora cu cele existente şi care vor rămâne în vigoare.

English Abstract: The application of the Civil Code along with the other three codes, Criminal Code, Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code, is one of the fundamental objectives of the reform initiated by the Govern and has consequences in real reforms of law and justice and of the entire Romanian state.

The materialization of such an action is conditioned by the consistency, strictness and coherence of the implementation measures of the new regulations in parallel with providing their compatibility with the existing ones which will remain in force.
