Abstract

Explanation of the need for a specific cyberbullying policy in Iowa and all schools around the nation. Followed by a model "best method" cyberbullying policy for Iowa schools to use along with explanations for the need and use of each part of the policy. Schools are advised to put real thought into their cyberbullying policy and can and should personalize their policies to their school's specific needs. However, this paper lays out what should be in a cyberbullying policy at a minimum and how to implement and enforce said policy.
