Abstract

English Abstract: In this article the institutional disintegration processes and their role in ethnic identity formation are analyzed. The author finds that ethnic behavior is structured at the institutional level. Institutional development means the disintegration of ethnic institutions to institutional exceptions. Such institutional exceptions in discourse space have autonomous functional mechanism of development. If ethnic communities consider institutional exceptions as an imperative for behavioral actions, it will lead to ethnogenesis.
