Abstract

Business Aviation, a sunrise sector in India is expected to make its presence felt in times to come. Factors which would lead to its growth and pave the way for success are unknown. Author has used the qualitative research approach to answer this intriguing question. Using an initial conceptual lens, developed out of secondary research, data was collected over last two years. Modified Grounded theory has been used to analyze the data. After codification, 44 categories have emerged. These categories further lay down the land scape for growth of Business Aviation In India and the results are being interpreted and expected to help in better understanding of the sector.
