Monitoring the System Process and Data Logging in Working Environment

Abstract

Software development is a complex activity that requires a group of individuals working effectively. Studies have shown that the performance of an effective individuals acting independently. However, achieving effectiveness is a challenging task that needs investment and commitment. In this paper, we investigated the characteristics that differentiate effective employee from all others. Software development employee work monitoring system is proposed in this work. It is subjected to monitor employee's performance in a development team. The main concern is tracing the effective work of the employee in order to perform the desired task. The goal of this paper is to predict the effective usage time. Whatever the events performed by the employee is stored in the log file. For any software project, a development plan is needed to distribute project task to different teams and to manage team activities. For development process, the time of the process to complete a task will vary around employees. In general, This paper presents integrated, flexible and efficient platform with the advantages of improving the relationship with their teams, availability, better data security and easy to navigate the system.
