Abstract

South Australian anti-bikie legislation - powers of South Australian police to watch, track and arrest persons with associations with bikie gang members - declared organisations - control orders under the Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act - whether the Act is effective in reducing organised criminal activity of motor cycle gangs - case law.
