Abstract

At a symposium entitled, "The Supreme Court and Local Government Law 1994-95 Term," Professor Eileen Kaufman spoke regarding the employment discrimination cases of the 1994-1995 U.S. Supreme Court Term. Two employment discrimination cases were discussed; one having to do with the use of after-acquired evidence of misconduct, McKennon v. Nashville Banner Publishing Co., and the other that arises in a tax context, Commissioner of Internal Revenue v. Schleier.
