Abstract

According to Ruiz Estrada (2013) proposes a strategic food security plan to Singapore. Therefore, this document is interested to evaluate and propose a realistic food national security policy to Singapore. This document is based on the uses of different mathematical simulations under the application of a new set of multidimensional graphs that is offer by Econographicology (Ruiz Estrada, 2007). Additionally, this document applies GPS mapping system to visualize and simulate possible natural disasters, climate change, war/terrorism, global food crisis, and global world food speculation (stock market). Finally, this paper proposes a full plan that can be implemented in Singapore that is divided into five phases: (i) the food demand and supply of Singapore; (ii) the formulation of the food security plan master for Singapore (technical and institutional); (iii) the agro-technological plan (biotechnology, nanotechnology and environment); (iv) the promotion of social responsibility among Singaporeans about food security; (v) fixed amounts of food storage and geographical distribution at Singapore.
